A London Dry Gin distilled within Pigs Bay’s own still using natural botanicals and the purest Essex water. A classic gin with piney juniper balanced by earthy and herbaceous notes from Angelica and Coriander. Pigs Bay gins are painstakingly gravity filtered using charcoal and then coconut to give the spirit a malt-like smoothness. We believe this is the ultimate Essex Dry Gin

Recommended with either a premium elderflower tonic, add lots of ice for a really soft mildly floral superb spring/summer long drink on a warm sunny day or with a premium plain tonic.

Alternatively if you like a more robust gin, pair with a Mediterranean tonic which enhances the herbal flavours.

If drinking with a plan tonic, pop half a strawberry in, it really lifts the flavours.

If strawberries aren’t in season or you fancy a herbal garnish go for Basil leaves, they balance this really well and work with the Mediterranean tonic too.

Our Pigs Bay Dry Gin falls within the category of a London Gin where the botanicals providing the flavours are inserted inside the still so that the distillate extracted is the end product gin. A London Gin cannot have any flavours added outside the Still. Often also referred to as a London Dry gin.

Our Pigs Bay Dry Gin was designed to be the smoothest, highest quality premium London Dry gin. Our time-consuming filtering process eliminates the usual harshness of spirit in the mouth. Our Pigs Bay Dry is created using natural botanicals and the purest Essex water. This is super smooth and pure.

Pigs Bay gins are gravity filtered using charcoal and then coconut to give that malt-like smoothness. Essex in a bottle and truly the Spirit of Essex.
