Pigs Bay Dry Gin


A London Dry Gin distilled within Pigs Bay’s own still using natural botanicals and the purest Essex water. A classic gin with piney juniper balanced by earthy and herbaceous notes from Angelica and Coriander. Pigs Bay gins are painstakingly gravity filtered using charcoal and then coconut to give the spirit a malt-like smoothness. We believe this is the ultimate Essex Dry Gin

Recommended with a premium elderflower tonic and lots of ice, this creates a really soft mildly floral superb spring/summer long drink on a warm sunny day.

Alternatively if you like a more robust gin, pair with a premium Mediterranean tonic which enhances the herbal flavours.

If drinking with a plan tonic, pop half a strawberry in, it really lifts the flavours.

If strawberries aren’t in season or you fancy a herby garnish go for Basil leaves, they balance this really well and work with the Mediterranean tonic too.

A London Gin cannot have any flavours added outside the Still. Often also referred to as a London Dry gin.
