Commissioned by Southend United Football Club celebrating Sammy the Shrimp mascot. A flavoursome distilled pink gin made with extract of soft summer fruits and a touch of fresh cream resulting in a delicious fruity medium palate premium spirit.

Best served with a plain tonic and garnished with berries, although a light lemonade also works well for those less keen on tonic.

Only natural flavourings are used, no artifical colouring, and due to this the colour will fade in natural daylight. This does not affect the taste.

This gin is bottled in small batches and each bottle is numbered and dated.
