We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
We offer a delivery service dependent on the bottle size and location; the cost will appear on the basket page when you enter the delivery postcode.

- next working day service £6 for Mainland England & Wales
- 2 working days service £8.50 for Mainland Scotland
- 2-3 working days service £10.80 for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands or Scottish Highland and Islands
Note Channel Islands and Isle of Man are regarded as overseas.
Occasionally, for limited periods, free shipping may be offered for purchases of £30 and over (excluding standard postage charge). For 1L vodka bottles this offer is restricted to shipping to mainland UK.
Free shipping may occasionally be offered within the local area of Southend on sea, this service is only guaranteed on a Friday between 12:00 and 19:00, but may take place any day of the week. We will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible but this will be dependent on our schedule and staffing resources.
Postal deliveries will be made Monday – Saturday between 8am and 6pm. Unless you specify delivery instructions when making your order, the courier will attempt to leave your item with a neighbour if no one is home.

During the order confirmation process, you will verify that your age is 18 or above. Please be aware that we are unable to verify your age at the point of delivery, and so by stating the address and confirming your order, you are giving consent for the alcohol to be delivered to the specified address, and not the recipient specifically.
Deliveries will only be made to a full UK postal address. We will not deliver to a Post Office Box or other form of receiving address.
We use the best packaging to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there are times when parcels incur damage whilst in transit. Upon receipt if your parcel shows signs of damage or leakage you must refuse the parcel and instruct the courier to return the goods to us.
We want you to be delighted with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all goods dispatched to you arrive in perfect condition.
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us to discuss. We will be happy to arrange a return and/or refund for you in case you are not completely satisfied with your goods.

Any items from cancelled orders must be returned to us in a resalable condition, unopened and in the original packaging with any labels and packaging intact. Refunds will be paid after we receive the items and within 14 days of the date that you notified us of your intention to return the items.
If you have received your order and are unhappy because items were damaged in transit, you should inform us immediately, so we can contact the courier and arrange an investigation and replacement items to be sent to you. We may ask for photographs or other evidence that the rejected items were delivered to you damaged.
Defective or wrong items must be returned to us in packaging suitable for prevention of further damage. After investigation, where we agree that goods are defective, we will either replace the items free of charge or refund your money including the original delivery cost.
If any products are delivered in error or are defective, please tell us within 30 days of receipt. After this period, you will be deemed to have accepted the items.
All returns for whatever reason, must be sent to our registered address and must include a copy of the name, order number and postcode of the original order, as well as a reason for their return.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, with of your original order or the return unless the item is defective.
