This liqueur is often referred to as the Jewel in Crown here at Pigs Bay. It’s the first in a line of Pigs Bay liqueurs, but we have set the bar so high with this that our R&D team are struggling to release anymore at the moment of the same quality.
A subtle liqueur with a sophisticated mouth feel. Created from a base gin produced within the Pigs Bay Distillery using natural juniper, proofed with the purest Essex water, which is then flavoured with two types of sweet rhubarb and a little fiery ginger.
Pigs Bay liqueurs are gravity filtered using charcoal and then coconut to give the spirit that malt-like smoothness.
